We're Back!!

So it has been just as long as I said it would...but here we are!! We got back from Memphis last night around 6:30 after driving througha hail storm part of the way, oh what fun that was! Eric's graduation last Friday (the 8th) was amazing. I did not FULLY cry, but i definitely had some tears. I am just SO proud of him! We had an amazing weekend in the cabin with his family despite sleeping on a pull out couch with springs going into my back and despite the 7 hours of commuting back and forth from the cabin to jeff city within 2 days :) we really enjoyed catching up and relaxing at our wonderful cabin! It was wonderful to meet all his aunt and uncles and grandparents that I have heard so much about. We ate at Bubba Gumps for Eric's graduation dinner which was amazing, as always! We hope to make a trip up north some time or another to go visit all the family! Here are some pictures from his graduation weekend...

So Sunday we were lucky enough to see both of our mothers on Mother's Day! It was a nice treat! When we got to Memphis we ate at On the Border, went to Barnes and Noble and bought some books, and went home and read! haha we were exhausted from the weekend and from the drive.While we were in Memphis, we shopped a little, went to the Pink Palace Museum, planetarium, and IMAX, downtown, a redbirds game, saw the peabody ducks procession, ate at rondevous, watched the sunset from the roof of the peabody, played with moms puppy and kittens, had dinner with Parker people, and did NO schoolwork!!!! Today we got to witness the marriage of Michelle Woody and J.R. Byrd. It was wonderful and beautiful. They both looked so happy and we are both so happy for them and jealous at the same time ;) We are still counting down the day till our wedding, only 392 days!! :) Almost at the 1 year mark...Here are a few pictures from the wedding!

Anyway, about our life...Eric is currently deciding whether to go home to work or stay here for the summer and work. I know he will make the best decision for us...so we will wait and see what happens with that. He may be getting his masters in nutition and dietetics online through central michigan...he is trying to gather some information about that right now as well! I start summer school on Monday, hopefully it won't be TOO terribly, at least I hope! That is all for now...until next time!
